A button-down shirt with tights is such a 90s look it's not even debatable. I used to see all the "cool kids" wear this combination and I couldn't wait to grow up as be as "cool" as them! Well, whether I am cool or not is a different matter altogether. But I sure do love this style. First, it's super easy to rock a comfy, over-sized shirt with tights. Second, you can dress up and dress down. Third, button-downs are always around and easy to find.
I wore this outfit for a movie and some grocery shopping.
